Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Merrymeeting Group. We always welcome the consideration of prospective vendors.

Every potential vendor must meet certain minimum qualifications in order to work with the Merrymeeting Group. These requirements include:

  • Quality Standards – All suppliers must provide high-quality products that are fully warrantied. All services performed by suppliers must fulfill our satisfaction.
  • Financial Stability – We will review credit and financial reports to determine if a potential supplier has a good credit rating and is financially stable.
  • Prior History – We look for suppliers who have been in business for at least one year and have an established history of satisfying customers at our scale.
  • Reporting – All suppliers must be able to provide reporting on a timely basis.

Vendors we decide to build a relationship with are not automatically “preferred vendors.”

Please fill out our Vendor Registration form to begin the review process. Your registration will be held on file in our database for six months.
